I have enjoyed working mostly with watercolours for many years. I always had a passion for art and enjoyed painting scenery inspired by the beautiful Scottish countryside including many historical buildings such as Wallace Monument and Dunmore Pineapple.
For over 20 years I held classes as art tutor in my studio in Alloa. Eight years ago I moved to Dordogne in Southern France and this move has added a vast amount of inspirational subjects to my list. My latest venture is hand painting and upcycling furniture that I find in the local brocantes.
For almost 30 years I have been a member of Central Arts Association and have exhibited in their exhibitions over these years and I continue to enjoy being a member and committee member.
