I was brought up on Loch Tay side in Perthshire and, from a very early age, took an interest in nature.  It is no surprise therefore that when I began taking photography more seriously it was nature that I concentrated on.  Over the years I have been fortunate enough to have visited several countries, always with a camera to hand, and this has undoubtedly helped in my photographic journey.
